This awesome coffee flavoured meaty dish works best with some good pork ribs recommended from your local butcher. The end result of this dish is a porky delicacy crispy on the outside, yet so juicy on the inside.
Cooking this dish is not all that tough. In our opinion and recipe, using instant coffee powder works really good! That addition of Worcestershire sauce and rice wine adds to that flavour kick, so give it a go. Yummy in the tummy!
